On Steam website, it is precised that you have to suscbribe the mod to download it, but then after suscribing the mod where to click to download it?

I thought I could get mods from Steam, and download them into my computer and then into the game version for Win10 as there is a section with a list of mods to activate : by the way, why is there that list section of mods in the menu?

There are a small amount of mods for the Xbox and Win 10 versions but their minute compared to what the steam version has, in fact it's pointless trying to compare them as it's that great of a difference.
